What to expect from intensive outpatient care
Our teen IOP is structured, engaging, and tailored to the school schedule. Plan on 3-4 therapy visits per week, each about 2-3 hours, outside of class time. Here are some of the programs we offer and how they support recovery:
Individual therapy
One-on-one talk therapy sessions help teens understand triggers, build coping strategies, and set personal goals. Evidence-based methods like CBT and DBT are tailored to the unique challenges of adolescent mental health.
Group therapy
Peer support builds communication skills, accountability, and healthy social connections. Group therapy sessions connect adolescents in a safe space and encourage healthy relationships.
Family therapy
Family members learn how to support recovery efforts, reduce conflict, and create consistent routines at home. Positive family involvement during treatment improves outcomes.
Dual diagnosis support
